Hmmmm, don't know what happened here, but all of a sudden, these documents cannot be downloaded. Let me look into this. Sorry for the inconvenience....

 

 

Okay, all is well. Deleted and re-uploaded them. May had to do with moving everything to the new server earlier this year. Had a few problems along the way. Thanks to Fabien for letting me know about this.
