The 348th's next reunion will be will be held Oct. 18-21, 2012 at St. Robert/Fort Leonard Wood, MO. We've got a block of rooms held at the Baymont Inn in St. Robert and will be spending 1 day at FLW. I'll post more details as they become known.

Hello to the 348th - I found some wonderful soldier sketches from USO shows in Germany by Mimi Korach Lesser. There are quite a few for the 348th Engineer Combat Battalion from August 1945 from Eberbach, Neckargmund, Burstadt, & Walldurn. They are posted on the Veterans History Project site.

 

I spotted ones for the 348th starting at the bottom of page 51, page 52, page 53 (could be others):
