Right now the reunion is not looking very promising, for as of today, only one other guest (a family of three or four) besides Lorraine and I (we're sharing a room), have booked for the Oct dates. While I realize that everyone has until Sept 11th to register, it's making me a bit nervous. While the reunion won't be cancelled (there is a high cost for doing so at this time), we are still hopeful that we will get a decent turn-out.
However, we have run into a first time problem...Captain John Fallon won't be attending this year, and unfortunately, the funding for past events, will not be at our disposal this year. No registration fees were charged for the last several reunions, but I'm afraid that won't be feasible this year, so talks are in the works to determine how much we would have to charge in order to pay for food and refreshments in the hospitality suite.
If you are attending, could you please let me know, so we can get an idea of how many people might be there in Oct.

Dear attendees:
We have been truly blessed the last several years, and haven't had to charge a registration fee for the reunions. This was due in part to generous donations from outside sources. Unfortunately this year, funds are not available to us, therefore we are kindly asking that each attending family make a donation towards the hospitality suite.
This donation can be made in advance, or given to the "seahorse sweethearts" at the hotel. Your kindness is greatly appreciated.

Thursday the 12th
4pm - 11pm: set up in hospitality suite, except during dinner
6:30 - dinner in hotel restaurant
Friday the 13th
9:00 - 11pm: hospitality suite will be open, except at noon
12:00 - lunch at Cheesecake Factory (meet in lobby at 11:30)
3:00 - Eden Lane (40’s jazz band) in the hospitality suite
5:30 - 7:30 - dinner in hospitality suite (from Wegmans)
Saturday the 14th
9 am - 11pm - hospitality suite will be open
12:00-1:00 - lunch in hospitality suite (from Wegmans)
6:00 - program/dinner in suite (from Gambino’s Italian Eatery)
