The beginning of that film was from the Ken Burns "Civil War" series(If you havne't seen it do!!) The second part with the comparison of the wars was added later and I think that it was really well done.
The dedication of the Peace Light, which was the last reunion at Gettysburg, comprised most of that footage. President Roosevelt dedicated the monument and the Boy Scouts provided a lot of the services to the elderly soldiers....

Ahhhh Shelby Foote. I had the great fortune to have met him many years ago. What a great voice and a true Southern Gentleman.

There is site: http://www.militarywarehouse.com that is currently offering badges and other items from Civil War reunions in the 1890's. The owner of Military Warehouse is a great guy and also a very honest man to deal with. His items are always reasonably priced and lower than most other dealers.
