We've had snow about every other day since Christmas. Right now the only Winter I want to see is Johnny Winter (saw his brother Edgar in concert last week). Feel like taking the key to the highway and heading where it's warm and I don't have to shovel anything.....

Wow, just listened to that. Wanted to get up and dance. Fantastic. Ah, reminded me of going to see the Tommy Dorsey band a couple of years ago. Let's swing!!!!

St. Louis Blues March - Glenn Miller

This is one of my favorite parts of the movie. They didn't have to use much make up for Jimmy Stewart, also a WW II veteran, to resemble Glenn Miller. His music is timeless.

That was too funny, Vee. Sure brought back memories of growing up in Detroit and watching Dean Martin with mom and dad in the 60's. Good way to start the day. C'est si bon!

Hi Todd

Wow, just great music that lets you feel the movement of the sea and the loneliness.

"Clementine" by Duke Ellington.

I recently watched "The Pacific" and noticed this song listed in the credits and now I've got it repeating on YouTube and in my head....
