Whatever photo service you have linked to I can't see with the USMC firewalls in place (for example I can't see images linked from Photo Bucket). Can you attach it to the post?
They have also blocked any site with a foriegn top level domain (for example .nl .de .fr etc.) So if you have it linked to your site, that would be the problem.
