Thanks to everyone! I had a good time yesterday - I was actually by myself. The wife and kiddos are in Texas visiting family so they gave me the present of PEACE and QUIET!! Plus she feels bad about leaving before my birthday so that may help me down the road!!
Anyway, my weekend of solitude has been spent modeling and watching Futurama. I finished my M198 (finally - it's been a year since I started) and am working on a Sturmtiger. The Sturmtiger I'm doing with Zimmerit which you have to model with putty and a straight 3mm knife (the cut off end of an exacto blade.) That is a major pain in the butt. To add to the pain, I am doing the detail kit on the Sturmtiger which is made of photo etched brass. The kit contains lots of very small parts that you have to superglue together. I've never done one before and it is hard. Here are some pictures of what I have worked thus far.

These were some of the small parts I was talking about. Note the small circular piece 3 pieces below the box.

Ah, there is something to say about solitude. And it looks like you put it to good use. Will have to show Lee the pics.
