I am Paul's daughter and I am trying to see if I can find anyone that served with my dad in WWII. His great-grandson is becoming very interested in his war stories and I am hoping to find someone that served with dad. He is from Tennessee and everyone called him "Slim".

Hi and welcome to our forum. I'm sure by now you've run across some of the great posts we have going here regarding the 235th engineers. If not, please type "235th" into the search engine located in the top-right-hand corner of the forum. It will list every post on this great unit.

I will add you to our 1108th engineer email list (48th and 235th) and introduce you to the "gang".

Smiles!
