Hi, I am the grandson of a veteran and I can't find much info on the 138th. Can anyone help me out on this ?

Also has anyone had any luck on finding some information on the 138th CE? The only thing I can find is a book about their exploits but it is in a library in Wisconsin.

Obviously I will keep looking. But the best thing to do at this moment is to contact the Army Corps of Engineer's Office of History and NARA in Maryland, to acquire their archived materials. I have links and contact info in our Research Section for both these places.
