Danny: Many thanks for adopting a grave for one of our hereos. Joe: 3rd Inf Div, ETO WW 2.
Welcome aboard! I, too, thank you for your service to our fallen servicemen. I don't often forget it could have been my grandfather under one of those crosses. I was lucky in that he survived the war (and a busy war it was for the men of the 540th and other units who saw action from N. Africa to VE day) and I had him until only a few years ago.
Thanks again for what you do and all others who do likewise (thanks Vee!!)

Welcome Danny!
I will say a prayer someone here can help you out.
Danny, I don't know if you are still doing this wonderful act of kindness. But I just wanted to tell you that because you adoped Jack. I have found a cousin. I had been looking for a long time, but thanks to you I found him. I cried like a baby when I saw his Cross. I wish I had found this earlier, but I just found your post here a few days ago. Thanks again.
Melissa, this is so heart-warming. I totally understand your excitement and your tears of joy. That's what this forum is all about. Welcome!
