Yeah,it's a funny..very good interpretation of Beach Boys.Those guys obviously not a real soldiers or never meet the extreme muslims from Kosovo ,yet! But that's their begging of their careere i expect few hits from them. 
I found a Blog link with the video and discussion which said: "They are Norwegians from KFOR 5B (or at the same time as the U.S. rotation 5B) at or near Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo." Dated 1999.
