John McAuliffe; M-347, furnished the Golden Acorn Division patch to Debbie

Lehman Probaska for her extraordinary quilt, wihch the veteran is pointing

to.

 

Talley Kelley, pictured holding the quilt, was in the heavy machinegun

platoon of Co. D, 345th Inf. He lives in Columbia, S.C.

Great IDEA for a quilt. And, yes, the quilt itself looks very nice. I wonder if the Smithsonian might try to charm her out of it. Hmmm.... <_<
