As promised, here are some pictures of the stuff from my parents house. I linked them from my Kodak gallery so I would not take up a lot of server space! The pistol and flag were brought back by my grandfather on my dad's side (who brought me to this site in the first place.) The dagger is from my mom's father. He was also in the army in Europe and eventually retired as a Colonel.

byf = Mauser (Here is a great Luger site.)

The BIG flag. The Luger is on it to give a size comparison.

No grommets; just ties.

Here is the dagger. It is Deutsches Jagerschaft dagger.

I will add more later. I gotta hit the rack.

Kool pics Capt

oh, if you pc users wish to view the pics, till Todd posts the pic links correctly, here`s a little trick:

Right-click on the empty box with the red X

In the drop-down menu click on "Properties"

In the properties window, hightlight the address, right-click, click Copy ( or Ctrl-C )

Paste it in your browser address bar & go see the pic

(You`ll have to do this for each pic)

That's the only one I can see. The other post is just plain text with nothing else!

Larry, there are no empty boxes, nor any X's. There is simply nothing on our screens! :armata_PDT_23:

If you can see the tank picture then I don't know what is going on. I linked it from the same place. I got stuff to do now, so I will have to take care of it later. Sorry for the tease folks!

Weird, I can see the second one just fine, but absolutely nothing on the first. It's like you were just typing text without any attachments, images, etc.

If it's going to be a problem, don't worry about server space here right now. We should be good to go for quite a long time. Remember I just switched over to Host Monster...
