If you have ever picked up an "Armor" magazine (the journal for all things armor for the army and Marine Corps) you have probably seen these prints. Many of the WWII ones are simply pencil drawings and look great. He has done some drawings for other eras as well; the most recent being "The Surge." Here is the one that made me think of Jeeper:

You can see the rest of his stuff at:

Another great army-centric artist is James Dietz. He has been featured on many WWII magazine covers:

Finally, the Marine Corps has their resident artist as well - Col. Charles Waterhouse, ret.

One of my favorites:

Those are very cool. He's one talented artist. I haven't looked at the rest of his portfolio yet, but will do so later.

The Harmon prints are very affordable (compared to Waterhouse and Dietz, anyway). The only problem is that there is only a limited selection of WWII prints. I suppose if I was actually in the Army I would be more excited about the more modern era Army prints.

But I'm not. . . ;)

Those prints really look nice when properly framed.

I only have one poster "Doing all you can, brother?" from 1943 and a couple of things I framed here.
