A+ for all those dog lovers out there. In a war where death and destruction is all around you it is refreshing to read about something with a happy ending for a change.
This is the story of how Marine Jay Kopelman initiated and succeeded in sending a pet puppy from Iraq to the USA. The dog named Lava now lives with Kopelman and his family.
