I had my ration party last night. I served the equivelant of 2 meals, as it was a large crowd. I had Meatloaf with horseradish, spam and noodle casserole, cole slaw, green beans and Kraft Macaroni and cheese. For dessert we had a spice cake with pudding made with coffee and a tiny bit of melted chocolate instead of frosting, and fruit stretched with cooked tapioca. The best part was that folks brought with them 3 huge boxes filled with treats and personal care items that I'm forwarding to a unit of combat engineers.

What suprised me is that they ate all the Spam.... Of course it helped that I told them is was Ham casserole
