I can understand turning off building lights in skyscrapers, etc. Think of the amount of energy that is WASTED in a place like Manhattan. Is it really necessary to light up entire buildings all night long? Hey, it looks fantastic, but if people are really into energy-saving...
But turning off street lights seems a bit inane. Let's see what happens. Me thinks it stinks! ![]()
