Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some info on were my grandfather would have been stationed (which base for training) in 1943. He was in the 34th Infantry Division 135th Company I. His MOS was Infantry 745...lived in Kentucky and was processed through Fort Thomas. I know that the Army was separating them by MOS after 1942 prior to that they all started from Camp Claiborne, Louisiana. As always THANK YOU for any help.

Tom

Grandson of PFC Walter J. Read
